When do I need to pay my HOA dues?

HOA dues are due by August 30th.
What is the HOA address?

The HOA mailing address is:

Broken Arrow, OK 74014

You may also use the secure mailbox which is located at the 196th E Ave entrance.

The box is normally checked twice a week and daily during the time when dues are received.
When are the SCF garage sales?

SCF is allowed to have 2 per year and they are typically scheduled during the Spring and Fall time frame.
Who do I need to contact if I'm selling my home?
